Jennifer M. Dauer is the Senior Vice President, Strategy and Growth at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. In this capacity, she leads the institution’s strategic planning efforts, and is responsible for Business Development, Marketing and Communications, the Center for Technology Commercialization, Community Physician and Hospital Relationships, and HNCC (The Health Network by Cincinnati Children’s), which includes the PHO (Physician-Hospital Organization) and PCMH (Patient-Centered Medical Home).
Ms. Dauer has been with Cincinnati Children’s since October 2013. Prior to joining Cincinnati Children’s, Ms. Dauer spent 26 years with Procter & Gamble, where she most recently served as Vice President/General Manager, Beauty and Grooming New Business Creation and Brand Building. Over her tenure, she had a broad range of experiences across the Health and Beauty Care categories in both developed and emerging markets. In this capacity, Ms. Dauer worked to create and implement global business strategies and innovation programs targeting significant organic and new business growth. Prior to her New Business role, Ms. Dauer led several well-known and trusted brands in the consumer products industry, including Venus, Crest, Scope, Pringles and Folgers with assignments in North America and Europe.
Ms. Dauer currently serves on the Boards of CincyTech, CintriFuse, Airway Therapeutics, The Seven Hills School, Crayons to Computers, the Executive Committee of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, and is a member of Leadership Cincinnati, Class 36.
