Jessica Morrow has led the Healthcare Practice at Dimensional Innovations (DI) since joining in 2017. As the mother of a child who spent time in a children’s hospital, she had an immediate connection and understanding of DI’s focus on improving experiences for patients and families. Jessica’s personal connection to the pediatric patient process, combined with the capabilities of the DI Team, has led to numerous projects with world-renowned hospitals. Today, children’s hospitals around the country are transforming the patient experience by using the built environment and custom designed technology to provide a sense of control to children (during a time when they often feel helpless), or giving them a much needed distraction that allows kids to just be kids.
With nearly a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Jessica works closely with advocacy groups to understand the patient populations and their specific needs, ensuring the design and technology is inclusive to all patients and easily accessible.
While technology is evolving rapidly for treatments and medical procedures, embracing technology beyond medical treatments has been shown to assist in the overall healing process. Jessica and the growing design, technology and fabrication teams at DI are on the forefront of blending the physical world with the digital world to benefit the ultimate experience – the human experience.
